In the age of AI autonomy, we are witnessing a shift from passive tools to intelligent, goal-driven agents that can see, hear, speak, and act. Advanced reasoning-capable LLMs are driving this transformation, enabling AI to make decisions, adapt, and operate independently in real-world environments.

This talk will explore the different categories of Agentic AI, including:

  • Task-Specific Agents for domain-focused problem-solving,
  • Multi-Agent Systems that collaborate for emergent intelligence,
  • Human-Augmented Agents that enhance human capabilities, and
  • Physical AI Agents, where cognition translates into action.

We will then focus on multimodal AI agents, which integrate vision, speech, and language to interact naturally and make informed decisions.

To illustrate these concepts, I will unveil a real-world case study from InterspectAI, showcasing how multimodal AI agents are revolutionizing interview automation. A live demo will highlight how these agents analyze conversations, extract insights, and transform hiring with human-like comprehension.

As AI evolves from assistants to fully autonomous decision-makers, this talk offers a glimpse into the future—where AI actively participates, decides, and shapes industries.
